The PEA is not the end game and it's unlikely they are just discussing wording for a news release. Teck will be a large part of the next stage, which is selling the asset. Presumably they brought Brown in to have some discussions with Teck since no one else at Copper Fox has demonstrated any competence in that area. Key questions include what is Teck's view of SC based on the updated economics, will Teck facilitate a sale to a third party and what messaging will Teck use in future presentations and under a CA with third parties. They have to get this right or we'll see a repeat of 2013.
