Based on all of Teck's other major projects(Fort Hills, QB2, Nueva Union etc.) where they have a partner I don't see them wanting the remaining 25% unless they get a price they like. Elmer's challenge is to find another buyer(s). If there's only one potential buyer it goes at their price, not the seller's price.
