Add to that what was the purpose of signing on Renmark and paying them all that money for if there is more delay?  IMHO after the desktop studies are done it makes sense to do a deal soon after.  What price we get for SC or the entire company will be the 64 thousand dollar question.  At this point I will settle for anything above $1 per share now.  Let's get this done now Elmer!
