When ever I've spoken to Elmer he's made it very clear that TECK is aware of the fact that were open to TECK shares as a factor he even stated he wants them to keep there funds to advance the project. Now with that being a large factor then why would we have to wait for TECK to get there other properties up to speed? 

I'm smelling a low ball offer and we're down to the brass tacks and yes 1.2B around $3 per share is exactly were we should be.

Talk about kicking the crap out of your JV partner feel like an abused house wife in the 60's man!!
