That's like "go big or go home". I like it!
I think the lower capex is crucial and no mine will be built if they don't lower capex. If that means they start with one SAG mill and lower production during payback then that's what they will define. It's easy to ramp things up but not so easy to start from the beginning. Nobody is going to put $3B+ into building a mine now. If they could get it down to half that, then maybe.
