Message: LaCasse drill program

The program targets the results from hole 427(2012 drill) and the 2014 chip sampling program by Teck. From the Sep 4 2012 press:

Diamond drill hole (DDH) CF427-2012 intersected 0.24% copper, 0.14g/t gold, 0.006% molybdenum and 0.58g/t silver (0.36% copper equivalent) over an interval of 336.72m m starting at a core interval of 428.12;

and :

The higher grade nature of the copper-gold mineralization in certain portions in (DDH) CF427-2012 and the absence of molybdenum in both drill holes suggest a separate mineralizing event from that which formed the Schaft Creek deposit.

Then there's the chip sampling results and the boundary of the LaCasse zone. The zone is mapped where the amount of chalcopyrite( cpy), a copper ore, is greater than the amount of pyrite (py), a non economic iron sulphide, in chip samples. The samples also show good gold grades.

The map is here: http://www.copperfoxmetals.com/i/maps/schaft-creek/010-Porphyry-Target-Identified-in-2014_sm.jpg I didn't have much luck importing a good quality image into the message which wasn't a problem before.

The one negative about hole 427 is the depth at which the high grade zone starts, a 428 meter intercept (not true) depth is getting close to the maximum depth for open pitting. I'll look to see what depths they report ore grade values, if the gold grades are still high and what strike length they estimate. The program won't add anything to the resource estimate but it may be the final information that convinces Teck to proceed with development.
