I guess if the B.C. gov't has re-worded this.

I just might apply to everyone.

Those who are allready up and running. The B.C. gov't would have to show "everyone" thier proactive approach to enviroment safty.

Which is not a bad thing, Don't forget Mt Polly made international news, Im sure that the B.C. gov't got hell over that and now are making sure that ALL miners must conform, reguardless of the cost to make it right.

I would think that the miners that are up and running right now must be under the microscope with the B.C. gov't
