Foxy wasn't saying that they will pull out....I read it to mean that Foxy was wondering what would make them reconsider that project and stop investing in it. It will certainly take more than a short term drop in oil prices - but what if prices are still low in a year?

However, you are correct that they can't (and won't) just will nilly pull out of the JV. That doesn't mean though that are not situations where they would stop investing. Just look at the various companies that have pulled out the huge Pebble mine project in Alaska. These companies walked away from huge investments.

Re: Regarding their plan - why not state it in one of their NRs?

I like that idea. The NR that they are looking at other properties to invest in is puzzling/interesting in that they don't have tons of cash to deploy - at least tons of cash compared to the cost of exploring.
