I would cringe to be looking at further dilluton in years to come because we were not frugal.

This isn't going to happen because they will spinoff the Desert Fox properties before SC is sold if they need more money.

I think they'll do the drilling this year in AZ, then produce a valid Resource Estimate and then look at what progress Teck is making and see how they're getting on with their plan to make an acquisition, and if Teck isn't ready yet they'll go ahead with the spinoff.

They have to really, they don't have a choice.

In the best of worlds Teck will come up with a reasonable offer in the Fall once they've done their optimization studies, but if they don't then I'm sure Elmer will go ahead with the spinoff.
