Either way. The point is that what information could be available for CUU to advertise to prospective buyers? Is all the new data and revised estimates under Teck's control? Because if CUU cannot access this information, then its another year of waiting while Teck follows its own timeline to development. The problem of this news release isnt that the project is in any danger, quite the contrary. The problems is that Elmer cant do anything but sit and wait.
