Anybody seen the article on stockhouse regarding a possible 4b cash offer by Teck resources to buy IOC? If true we could be here for a while. But IMO it just doesn't make sense. We know how tied lipped Teck is. IOC operates in Papua New Guinea - which is not really a safe place and Teck already exposed to oil... What you guys think?
