I believe the EAC is on the critical path leading to a production decision by Teck and a CUU buyout. So, based on the answers to YM's questions posted on Feb 13, we will be waiting until at least 2015 for our liqidity event (JMO).

This could be a possible reason why there has been no recent insider buying - there's simply no rush.

That said, let's see what, if anything, comes out of the JV meeting next month.
