The Feasibility had a Project Execution Plan that outlined expected dates that can show us the order of work. It shows the access road coming a long time after the EA. I'm not sure I understand this because you would think, as CG said, that you first need a road and it is not scheduled for two years after the permits.

PROJECT EXECUTION PLAN
The project execution plan includes the following key milestones:
• receipt of remaining environmental approvals and permits:
-federal EA approval–January 2014
-construction permits–June 2014
• procurement of long-lead equipment:
-begin to issue purchase orders for grinding mills, crushers, mill motors and main transformers–July2013
-order major mining equipment–April 2014
-completion of BC Hydro’s Northwest Transmission Line at Bob Quinn substation–March 2014
•construction activities:
mobilize to site–July 2014
complete access road–March 2016
complete power line to site–January 2018
commence pre-production stripping–March 2016
complete construction for initial stage of TSF–September 2018
commission process plantfor Phase 1–December 2019
commission process plant for Phase 2–July 2020
commercial production–January 2020
