Why would Copper Fox makin way for the roads?

The process was started by Copper Fox, but Teck continues along from where they left off--they don't start fresh. It is as Dwight said, the keys were handed over and Teck is now in charge but all the work remains.

In the News Release where Copper Fox announced the Feasibility results, they also stated that the road permits were being prioritized "based on the construction schedule in the Feasibility." At that point in time they had been in discussions with Teck for many weeks.

CanadaGrant is saying that the road building is a priority for this to move forwards to a mine, and Copper Fox prioritized the EA for that work after consulting with Teck over the whole project. It sounds like Teck was setting their plans in motion right away.

Maybe what we'll hear in the Teck Q4 is more about the roads and camp, and less about drilling and exploration.
