I agree we don't want a site like stockhouse with unbridled banter, however I do observe that as control and rules increase conversation frequency declines. Today is an example. Zero conversation but at least we know the rules although I'm not sure but I've probably broken one.

PS On another note just to be sure i'm not breaking the rule about only posting pertaining to CUU I note that the price is up and volume is decent for this early in the A.M.
