The only problem I have with your logic, Rogue, is that it makes the directors, particularly Ernesto and David MacDonald, a bunch of greedy dummies as well.

They didn't cash out at $2.75. As a matter of fact, EE and David continued to accumulate shares as the share price was in decline.

So the same geniuses who gave us an opportunity to make money couldn't see the forest for the trees themselves???
