CUU own 25% Schaft Creek: proven/probable min. reserves/940.8m tonnes = 0.27% copper, 0.19 g/t gold, 0.018% moly and 1.72 g/t silver containing: 5.6b lbs copper, 5.8m ounces gold, 363.5m lbs moly and 51.7m ounces silver; (Recoverable CuEq 0.46%)
It all depends on what CUU and Teck's understanding of the English language interpretation of "within a short period..." means. If it's anything like their understanding of "soon", we are in deep doo doo. However, if it means like Webgogs say:
"Generally, 10 days is considered a short period where stabilization is expected. "
I can live with that. Which means this Thursday, June 14, 2013 the 10 days is up and we should hear something from CUU/Teck. It would have been so simple of they had made a NR like:
VANCOUVER, June 5, 2013 /PRNewswire/ - Copper Fox Metals Inc. ("Copper Fox") and Teck Resources Ltd.("Teck") reports that discussions/negotiations are continuing regarding Teck's back-in to the Schaft Creek property under the Teck Option Agreement dated 2002. In order to complete their discussions/negotiations the parties have agreed to extend the deadline for execution of a Definitive Joint Venture Agreement from June 4, 2013 to June 18, 2013. "
