As of midnight tonight, March 6, 2013, if CUU have not heard from Teck, the BFS delivered on Feb. 4, 2013 becomes BANKABLE and technically and legally, Liard shares should be transferred to CUU. See computation instructions from the Supreme Court of Canada (link below).

So, at 00:00:01 you can start popping the champagne and celebrate with relief that this phase of waiting is over!
