CUU own 25% Schaft Creek: proven/probable min. reserves/940.8m tonnes = 0.27% copper, 0.19 g/t gold, 0.018% moly and 1.72 g/t silver containing: 5.6b lbs copper, 5.8m ounces gold, 363.5m lbs moly and 51.7m ounces silver; (Recoverable CuEq 0.46%)
Sure we do
..and we don't care who buys us
He who brings money gets horse
And in this case the horse would be the JV
That is the value vehicle we would have to vend, coupled with whatever interest we would retain after Tecks election
A carried interest in the project with Teck funding
You see how that might be valuable to another miner...and why it should make Teck shudder to think about it
It is inherent in our negotiating that that possibility, by itself, should add dollars to our price
