"Ok, what if Teck said they didn't want the JV?"
If Teck says they didn't want the JV, then they will have to buy us out because we have a buyer, and we want out! If they don't like it tough bananas. That's the way it is.
We wouldn't be in this situation if they had bought us out in the first place, and we didn't like it that they didn't knowing fully well we wanted OUT! They left us no choice but to find another buyer. Now they can pay more than the new JV if they don't want them.
