positive feasibility study Copper Fox would own about 80% of Liard
(Teck's 78% and the additional shares acquired this year by CUU).

We can be confident our top-notch management at CUU is negotiating that minefield of legal issues by holding hands with Teck's executives around a boardroom table and singing Kumbaya, but not singing too loudly because it is a "quiet period."
