Riskee: "When ES was asked about the option agreement he said "You could shoot a cannonball through it"

It's a bit silly that venturevestor got banned for asking what else is wrong with the Agreement after Riskee posted the comment above. I vaguely remember ES saying this quite a while back. Anyone remember when exactly ES said this and in what context?

I found RogueWolf quoted this phrase last March but I believe in the context that it was the underlieing agreement with the 4 yr clause that had the 'holes' in it.
