A firendly management buyout could be contemplated.

Since they own 65% of the company (roughly), that means they would need to make a public transaction for 140 million shares. The question would be, at what price? The minute they would show their intent, investors would automatically get the signal that the assets are worth much more. Unless management would play on their average cost base.

It is a low probability event... but to succeed, it would need to be a fair offer considering what is known.
