Why would EE take a zero cash flow/earning company private?

EE would have to cough up another $200 million minimum to go private. Do you think he can just take a loan of $200 million? Even so, he would be losing since he has to pay interest on it.


Dell and Uranium One is going private and is doable cause they are producing cash. The asset that is going private can finance the transaction.
