Ok here I go, I am at my lake house redoing the lower level, so I like Vette's analogy of Teck's house, so I'm using it. I've had to redo wall's drop ceiling, floor, electrical, ect. Now I've done a lot but am behind schedule, my wife says I'm a perfectionist, hense I do all this myself, always disappointed when I contract stuff out. So painting this weekend and looking at wall's I've gone over at least 100 times putting final coat on I see maybe a few spots I don't like.( compound not completely feathered in on edges, small pin hole) but have to decide redo or leave if I redo, it will require reprime and 2 more coats of paint. I know it's 10 times better than industry standards. So guess what I'm leaving it. There comes a point when enough is enough, so I say to Elmer as my wife says to me get r done.
