I fully agree the minerals are still there, and we've found more potential; but somehow, management appeared to have fallen short in maximizing shareholder value as demonstrated by the current sp, and I said "appeared", because there could well be behind the scene maneuvers we are not aware of that is doing just that - maximizing sh value.

Yes, I agree. I think most people are surprised at where the sp is right now at 0.80, including myself, and don't think an offer of 5X this price by Teck is likely. But remember, last time our sp moved to 2.75 a big buyer came in and bought up 5-6m shares to move it up to that level in a few months. IMO, EE could easily move the sp up to that level again with a 5-6M purchase on the open market in a few weeks before an offer comes from Teck. Then it wouldn't look so bad for Teck shareholders. The float is tight on this stock and it wouldn't take that much serious buying to move it so I'm not too concerned with where the present sp is right now. Nevertheless, I think we will get our answer in a few months time.
