Chappy, all of those terms will be updated, by agreement within 60 days of the delivery of the BFS

Read Salazar 15.1, Definitive agreement

Teck needs to proceed with planning for a JV with CUU and negotiate a completely new agreement to replace the Salazar agreement

The agreements relative to things like that will be addressed during that negotiation and a new agreement is required, by existing agreement
