Good call - my questions were answered.

It sounded to me like the 4 year build the mine clause is out the window now given Elmer's multiple reasons why it wouldn't stand up - doesn't matter, it sounds like we're really trying to work with Teck on this and sell them the project as it stands now. Time to sell it and move on.

On other thing - building a 65k tpd expansion in less than a year is extremely optimistic. This would require all the major infrastructure in place and concrete poured the year before given the northern conditions. But, I think the 5 year timeframe is a bit long. The first 65k tpd facility could be built in 4 years if very focused.

One big question is left: what will Teck offer?

Glad the timeframe is firm now and April 2013 is the new deadline.
