I agree. The way he talks seems to be like he doesn't expect a takeout soon though (Just my opinion; could always be to not make things obvious). He seems to want to not push Teck into rushing things or he would have utilized it the same way most on this board have interpreted (i.e. 60 days for a decision, not 120). Doesn't seem like he's pushing them.
