I did talk to Elmer today and he said if Teck walks away we know we are valued at $531 million at the bare minimum. (Rationally that is a very conservative number.)

Given that, it doesn't make sense to accept any offer from Teck for less than that per share, (even if it is for only 25%) because we could tell them to walk away and then we would have it all. So I think we can force their hand to that extent. If they don't like it, they can walk and we keep 100% and go forward to improve the optics while attempting to sell to someone else.

So I don't think we should sell for less than that amount. The message is, don't trade on emotions.
