There is still risk involved in developing Schaft Creek. 2020 is pretty far out and things can swing widely. Look at the dramatic change from 2008 to now. Ultimately, I think it is difficult to value at 100% of the NPV. With that said, perhaps the ROV can be used at the end of the day.
