I'll add to Prospeck's numbers and the numbers I gave out previously.

Just the value in the 4x expenditures if Teck wants 75% = 4x89 million (as of July)

89 million we know comes back to CUU, just that is worth 22 cents on the sp.

The other 267 million must be spent by Teck during the construction.

You don't see that in the Feasibility do you. Putting that much money on the project brings the total value of our 25% up.

So add 22 cents to all the numbers I gave out previously.
