CPAC, I understand your concern but it's almost impossible to satisfy every need of all the people involved here. I have been involved in many takeovers in the past. they never sell for as much as the most ambituous posters expect.

Every time I post stuff like this I get dissed but here goes.. for every dollar you hope to get multiply it by 420 million fully diluted shares, then compare it with TCK's market cap. then consider if that valuation is reasonable considering Tck has 16-18 operating mines, numerous JVs similar to ours, 75% of our properrty for approx. 340 million and 4 billion in cash.

I'm hopng for 3-5 but said 3.25 in the latest pool. many times in the past I've said, I'm counting on 3 dollars and hoping for a suprise to the upside.

Too many times in the past I've been dissipointed with good takeover prices because I was hoping for something unrealistic. this time I won't be unhappy and may be ecstatic if we get anywhere near some of the higher valuations.

I'm just trying to keep this sane, but feel free to disagree and then I'll hope you're right....chunky
