If they make an offer for CUU they would be buying us outright and it would be a simple takeover.

CUU is deemed to have earned TCKs 78% share of Liard copper the moment they make the offer or trigger the back in.

If we reject the offer, we still keep the liard shares and TCK is back to square one.

When we present them with the BFS, they have no choice other than to back in or walk away.

The only simple solution is for TCK to negotiate an acceptable deal, pre approved by our management, and then proceed...Im confident this is what will happen. Then TCK can sell any portion they want to CIC or whomever and be in control of the timing for development.....chunky
