The way Mike Smith explained to me that the BFS took more time although the 24 Sections were completed was because when changes were made to any part of Section 25, they had to retrack backwards to the other sections to be sure ALL changes were made and nothing was missed in the other sections - making sure there is consistency, accuracy, everything syncs together - no open or loose ends.
