Jason is hoping that CUU delivers the BFS this week. When I tried to gather more infos he just mentionned it was a long and complicated process. My conclusion is that the BFS will be released very soon and that management have their fingers crossed. I heard nothing allowing me to draw any funky conclusion on wether discussions or negos are in place .
