The time it would take just to complete the documents and to have this all planned out I think we can relax and wait it off for another month as it was discussed by Vette. Anyways, I'm not into ruining reputations based on superficial facts that we cannot even prove. Let's assume that most management teams are not crooks and that they actually care about the outcome for the stakeholders....Anyone who invested in this market for the last 2 years could find reasons to start a suit.

Folks on this board have come up with about 1000 different hypotheses and I'm willing to bet that the outcome will be one that comes out of nowhere (from our perspective).

If we were to get burned on a deal then we might have to consider it for the long run, because that's what it would take.......time and money.
