Lawsuits take forever. Sometimes much longer than this damn BFS!

So where would we be when we official file and the BFS or buyout announcement comes days or weeks later?

We'll be rolling in profit (hopefully) by that time and we'd be chasing after CUU executives and their lawyers over having been several weeks late on the latest missed deadline?
