Fed up: Webgogs uses words like "should" rather than "will." He also incorporates word like "if" and "in theory." Respectfully, how do you draw from this that WG was told there was a report coming on Monday. Not being picky here, just trying to keep things clear. I think WG's is speculating, in my opinion.
