Hey Palm Springs,

I was wondering if you could tell us what your expectations of what CAPEX will be? How do you think the doubling of the resources since 2008 has an effect on this, in addition to better starter pits for IRR? With the above two taken into account - what's your expected NPV?

Obviously these are all going to be estimated, but it's nice to know what people are thinking. All opinions are welcomed, as long as they have some basis in reality. I think if you illuminated us on some of these figures, people may beging to take you more or less seriously.
