What if the BFS and an offer were released concurently, with a recomendation from our management to accept the offer.

The recomendation would give TCK the assurance that managments shares would carry the vote and retail would see what they were voting on.

That eliminates the possibility of our share falling into a competitor's hands, allows TCK's shareholders to see what they are buying, and cleans the deal up re. the Liard shares etc.

I'm seriously hoping for news of some sort, this week...good luck to all....chunky
