Hi JayJ.

I've been reminding myself lately that something BIG must be going on for it to take this long, with this many delays.

Teck certainly did not go the route of "We will take a pass on this, thanks" which they would have a long time ago (imo) if the project did not hold significant interest to them

Add up all the factors we know, and most telling is the "super-quiet" atmosphere we are seeing.

Its coming and it will come with a bang imo.
