Teck would be better off letting the price run than trying to hold it down. (I don't believe they are holding it down.) They want to buy CUU out and take the whole district. Their worst nightmare is CUU dropping a nice BFS, not being able to agree on a price for CUU and then having to back in for 75%. CUU then sells it's 25% and rights to another company, and the lawyers hold Teck to the 4 year clause. Not what Teck wants.
