Point is when these behaviors started, and I can't really remember when it started that every up move we had would be dumped into until it was stalled, some concerned entity may have thought that a premium to the SP might be a workable deal at the buyout

Sure EE could have swamped them, but I don't think he thought he would need to because he knew that only he would be required to accept or reject any offer

So he didn't need to sweat it

A whole bunch of us retails, on the other hand....
