I have no idea whether or nor Mr Bender can operate independent of Newmont

...and I have nothing but a hunch here

But if he is in fact the Sr guy at Newmont for new projects,

..and if as their linked report shows, they are one of the largest gold miners in the world with literally scores of properties

...and if they are looking for new minerals sources, as they state repeatedly, if one reads the report

It really seems odd that old Matt, with time demands from all over the world in conjunction with his Newmont job, would just go over and freelance for good old Elmer in his spare time

May not be at all unusual, and maybe that is exactly what is happening

I'll bet it another way though....
