Acutally webs, there were two theories put out:

1) that we are bought already and going thru the motions while we work out the JV agreement

and

2) that Elmer doesn't think we'll get full value for all of the zones with out hugely agressive programme for which there isn't a lot of time and is waiting to unzipp the new zones with CUU 2.0 with a new share structure, and all cashed up from selling the SC mine
