So from all accounts of the AGM, it sounds like management is overwhelmingly eager to start the 120 day clock and fully intends to enforce it, contrary to what you've stated many times in the past couple of days.

I've asked you before and will try again, what makes you think management is going to, or would even want to waive the 120 clause? Or do these AGM reports change your mind?
