Great analysis Prospekt. The only thing I disagree with is the buyout date. IMHO, I think a buyout will happen before BFS is made public. My date is b/n now and end of Aug. Once BFS is made public I think there may be competing bids regardless of whether Teck has made its decision or not. Everything just tells me Teck's big advantage is to have this deal done before this happens. My 2 cents.
