The letter to shareholders also mentions the macro picture, like shaky Europe. I'm sure Elmer and EE have an eye on the broader markets and are hoping to time some of the major news releases with an upswing in equities, particularly commodities.

Hopefully QE III brings the relief we're looking for. The next fed meeting is scheduled for Aug. 1.
