These various land aquisitions by TECK in our neighbourhood kinda spoils teck intentions of owning a whole district and moving forward with the CUU file (back in or buyout). Is'nt that one more great card in Elmer's hands for negotiations? I mean with teck so heavily investing and focussing in the area? This makes me wonder if the deal is just pending on the table or at least if a template or kind of treshold deal depending of incoming results of the FS or else is already accepted by both parts ?? Any thoughts?
